Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and programs purchased through JanBask Training, including:

• Instructor-Led Live Training sessions
• Self-Paced / On-Demand learning courses

By enrolling in any JanBask Training course, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Instructor-Led Live Sessions

2.1  100% Money-Back Guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund if you submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date, provided the conditions in Section 2.2 are met.

2.2  Refund Eligibility — Live Sessions

The following refund schedule applies based on how much course content has been shared with you at the time of your refund request:

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

• More than 7 calendar days have passed since your enrollment date
• More than 25% of the course content has been shared with you
• You are found to be in violation of JanBask Training's Terms of Use or Honor Code
• Refund abuse is identified (repeated enrollment and refund requests)

2.4  Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your classes, please contact our support team. The following conditions apply:

• Rescheduling requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Class fees may be transferred and adjusted toward a future batch you enroll in.
• Rescheduling is not permitted if more than 50% of the classes have been completed.
• Rescheduling is not permitted if more than 15 days have passed since the start date of your batch.

3. Self-Paced / On-Demand Courses

3.1  Refund Eligibility — Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced courses, the following refund schedule applies:

Access to self-paced content is tracked automatically. The percentage of content accessed is calculated based on modules opened, videos started, and assessments attempted.

4. Batch Cancellations by JanBask Training

4.1  When JanBask May Cancel a Batch

JanBask Training reserves the right to postpone or cancel a scheduled batch due to:

• Insufficient enrollments in a batch
• Instructor illness or unavailability
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to: floods, earthquakes, pandemics, political instability, or other events beyond our reasonable control

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1  Refund Request Process

1. Email us at support@janbasktraining.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]".
2. Include your full name, enrollment date, order/transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.
3. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
4. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5.2  Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. JanBask Training does not issue refunds via alternate payment methods.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances:

• Convenience fees or payment gateway charges applied at the time of purchase
• Certification exam vouchers once issued or redeemed
• Promotional or discounted courses where the offer terms explicitly state non-refundable
• Courses purchased via third-party platforms — refund requests for those must be directed to the respective platform

7. Terms of Use & Honor Code Violations

JanBask Training takes violations of its Terms of Use and Honor Code seriously. If you are found to be in violation of these terms — including but not limited to academic dishonesty, unauthorized sharing of course materials, or fraudulent refund requests — you will not be eligible for a refund, even if your request falls within the standard refund period.

8. Changes to This Policy

JanBask Training reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version of this policy will always be available on our website at www.JanBaskTraining.com.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our courses or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
