How to solve the issue Salesforce api.status.salesforce.com returns no data?
I have a registered custom domain present in the enterprise Edition Org, and I can log in using the custom domain URL. But whenever I try to use Salesforce APIs to get details of a custom domain, I get no result. I have applied DNS lookup to get the data, and I have got the CNAME records. Please help me solve this issue.
You may have this issue because the salesforce status page or api.status.salesforce.com deals with Salesforce instances and not with any particular organ.
