In an interview with a multi-national company, I was asked a question about the pesticide paradox in software testing, I have around five years of experience but i never heard about it. please make me understand.

The pesticide paradox in software testing is a process where the more you test the software the more immune it becomes to your tests. For as insects eventually build resistance to pesticides and no longer work after a few times.
