The raw.githubusercontent.com domain is utilized to serve unprocessed versions of documents kept in GitHub storehouses. In the event that you peruse to a document on GitHub, click the Raw link, that is the place where you need to go.
The URL referenced in your inquiry alludes to the introduced document in the expert part of the Homebrew/introduce store. The remainder of that order basically recovers the record and runs ruby on its substance.
I trust this makes a difference!
