What is triple? What are its uses?

 in IE, there is an important concept of triple, basically triple is a set of words consist of 2 entities and a word defining the relationship between them, for example, (Steve, born, London) is a triple which comprises of two entities (I.e Steve and London) born defines the relationship between them.

IE basically extracts these types of triples from the entered query.
