It is a process of extracting all information referring to the same entity present in the text. For example, in the sentence ‘I supported Mr. Holmes because he helped my brother when I was in prison’, he said. Here ‘I’, ‘my’ and ‘he’ are referring to the same person whereas ‘Mr.Holmes’ and ‘he’ also referred to one person.


This is the example that we generally see in the chat-bot.
