How is NER helpful in automatic summarization system?

An automatic summarizer gives out the summarized matter of the input text after building the model considering the most important content present in the text data. Named entities then help identifying the summarized data much efficiently and increase the overall performance to the user. They provide better information of the text by segmenting into tokens and recognizing as an entity.
