OPPORTUNITY - It is an external component for analysis and businesses can look for any available entry points to start or expand its business. Opportunities work best when chosen per the strength of the organization.

WEAKNESS – It is also an internal characteristic/ property of a business. One needs to work towards mitigation of all weak points of business to stay competitive in the market.
