Report builder is the tool, which can be directly used by the business users in order to create the report.
In some cases, developers can also use the report builder to create the report.
Either you can install the report builder at your own system or you can directly get the report builder from report manager (web app to host the reports)
You can create multiple kinds of reports and publish them to report server.
In order to install the report builder with multiple drivers, you have to install the drivers at the server level first.
