Native mode installations are default installation of SSRS reports. It means instead of using any third application to host the SSRS reports, we are using report manager and report server itself for hosting it.
We are going to have a separate server and separate database instance for reporting and reports will be deployed at those servers.
Apart from Native mode, SSRS reports can be deployed over the SharePoint.
