Exporting report to PDF will results into blank pages

This issue also part of wrong alignment and dimensions of report. Try to identify the proper sizing of exported output, if you want to pull the report on A4 sheet, try to setup the report page less than A4 size.

Also make sure that layout of report is correctly set for portrait or landscape.
