Can't interface with MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) after Installation

This issue is not difficult to tackle by windows server users.

Go to this path C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.1in

Run this tool "MySQLInstanceConfig.exe"

Then config the instance again and the problem will be solved.

and click on

 "Windows key + R" type "services.msc", run as admin
