How can I calculate the percentage with an SQL statement ?

About this question

I have a SQL Server table that contains users & their grades and looking for one SQL statement that will find the percentages in SQL.

For example, If there are 2 columns - name & grade. So a typical row would be Name: "John ", Grade:"A".

Want final output something like  A: 10%, B: 15%, C: 80%, etc
