A line chart can also be scattered in the same way you have been scattering a bar chart. Let's say you have a line chart for yearly sales data. if you want a dense color to do the areas where the sales are high and lighter color where the sales are low. To achieve this all you have to do is drag sales measure and put that into the color self under marks.
