I have a dataset with time in a small interval. can we create a line chart for millisecond interval

There are a couple of options using which you can achieve this-

1.  Using the exact date format
   
2.  you can click on the date and select format. and then go to custom option and there write- yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.000
