How to add more than 2 numerical values in rows in dual-axis?

You can achieve this just by following the below steps-

1. Keep two measures as row and made it dual-axis
   
2. Keep 3rd and 4th as details and add them as a reference line
   
3. Edited reference label as a symbol (one as round and other as a triangle)
   
4. Scope for the reference set as "per cell"
   

This way you will be able to achieve your requirements.
