Can we map in the dual-axis? If yes, how to do that?

Yes, we can do that but that will be something called a dual-layered map chart. To create this, just follow the below steps-

Drag the longitude and latitude in the column and row shelf respectively

Select the map from the marks card. By default, it will be automatic

Now while pressing the Ctrl button, drag the longitude measure and place it in the column shelf.

Change this to dual-axis

Add the other required dimension and measure needed for the report

Finally, you will be getting the chart like below-
