How to solve an issue arising in sales navigator login?

When I ran the LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce configuration, I could see the company information and members in the LinkedIn widget in the contact layout after login. But when I log out from LinkedIn and try to check the widget in Salesforce, I need to log in again. How can I solve this issue?

The only solution currently available is to contact the LinkedIn support team and see what happens next.
