A retail bank is basically your neighborly bank. It’s where you put your reserve funds and do regular value-based stuff like paying your bills, marking up for a credit or charge card and accepting your salary. The clients of a retail bank focuses on the mass customer segment, more often than not with yearly livelihoods up to US $100K (in spite of the fact that this definition may concede from bank to bank).
