Define life cycle of review technique used under Static testing and the people involved while executing review technique?

There are different stages of the Review cycle as stated below:

Planning → Kick-Off → Preparation → Review Meeting → Rework → Follow-Up

There are various people associated with review life cycle and they are as : Moderator( One who leads the review process), Author( One who has written the document to be reviewed), The Scribe( One who logs the defects or suggestions coming up during review), the reviewer (Acts as inspector or versifier who verifies prerequisite availability before meeting) and the manager(A decision maker based on the output of the review)
